On behalf of the Arrowood Homeowners’ Association, welcome to our community – the Signal Hill Subdivision. We are an established, family-friendly community of 253 homes. Conveniently located in Prince William County just outside the city of Manassas, we have easy access to the Prince William Parkway and Route 28, with close proximity to Route 29 or I-66. Our close proximity to the Virginia Rail Express makes it easy to commute to work or go sightseeing in Washington DC. Many nice shopping centers and restaurants are also within walking distance. We welcome volunteers and encourage your support, as our community benefits when we work together.

The ARC Guidelines & ARC Suggestion Form

Back in 2019, The Arrowood HOA Board of Directors updated the Homeowner Design Guidelines from 1996. Attached, are the updated forms.

ARC Application

Looking to make ANY exterior change(s) or even if it's for a simple refresh look of your property? You must Submit an ARC application to the HOA prior to commencing work for approval.

Online Accounting

Homeowners are able to register for their account and view their accounting history online, pay their dues online, and other features which are to be rolled out in the future. Online Accounting System

Trash pick up

1) Patriot Disposal Company - Trash Pickup Days will be Tuesdays & Fridays (Tuesday is recycle day)at this time "Yard Waste" will be picked up as trash. As of Oct 1, 2021 Yard waste will need to be seperated from trash, placed in compostable paper yard waste bags or a seperate personal contaner labled "Yard Waste". For More Information go to www.pwcgov.org/trashandrecycling Trash pickup will be postponed by one day if a holiday falls on a Tuesday or a Friday.

$200.00 Additional Speeding Fine has been approved by our community. The additional speed warning signs have been approved at both entrances to the community and have been posted.
