SUBJECT: Annual Meeting & Election – Thursday, May 23, 2024
Dear Arrowood Homeowner(s):
On behalf of the Board of Directors, and in accordance with Article III, Section 1 of the Arrowood Homeowners’
Association Bylaws, the Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The Annual Meeting of
Arrowood Homeowners’ Association will be conducted virtually online via Zoom. The meeting login details are below.

Time: Sign-in/Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., Meeting called to order: 7:00 p.m.

There are two (2) seats available for election to the Board of Directors. Two members will be elected for a three-year
term. It is important that a quorum of Unit Owners be present, virtually, or by proxy, for business to be conducted at the
Annual Meeting. We request that each owner vote online (online voting will be open May 27 through May 23 at 5:00
pm). If you are unable to vote online, you may request and fill out a paper proxy to return to Sequoia Management. Proxies must be received by Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Election results will be announced before the conclusion of the meeting. Write in nominations may added on your online ballot, or on a paper proxy. Nominated/written-in candidates must attend the meeting to accept nomination or must submit in writing their willingness to serve and accept the nomination.

ARC Application

Looking to make ANY exterior change(s) or even if it's for a simple refresh look of your property? You must Submit an ARC application to the HOA prior to commencing work for approval.

Online Accounting

Homeowners are able to register for their account and view their accounting history online, pay their dues online, and other features which are to be rolled out in the future. Online Accounting System

Trash pick up

1) Patriot Disposal Company - Trash Pickup Days will be Tuesdays & Fridays (Tuesday is recycle day)at this time "Yard Waste" will be picked up as trash. As of Oct 1, 2021 Yard waste will need to be seperated from trash, placed in compostable paper yard waste bags or a seperate personal contaner labled "Yard Waste". For More Information go to www.pwcgov.org/trashandrecycling Trash pickup will be postponed by one day if a holiday falls on a Tuesday or a Friday.

Speed Limit – 25

$200.00 Additional Speeding Fine has been approved by our community. The additional speed warning signs have been approved at both entrances to the community and have been posted.
