New Trash Disposal Company 2024 Information

Dear Arrowood Homeowners,

Attached, please find information on our new TRASH DISPOSAL COMPANY that started on 3/1/2024, DISPOSAL SERVICES LLC: Disposal Services LLC Information

Summary info for Pick-Up’s:

TRASH COLLECTION: TUSDAY & FRIDAY

RECYCLE COLLECTION: FRIDAY

YARD WASTE COLLECTION: WEDNESDAY (MARCH – DECEMBER ONLY)

Yard waste must be in BINS marked “YARD WASTE” or in paper yard bags only. Plastic bags can not be used for yard waste. Bundled sticks & small branched will be collected. No root balls, stumps, or branches over 4 feet long will be picked up.  *Christmas trees will be picked up the first 2 weeks in January (must be cleared of all Christmas decorations, tinsel wire, etc.

BULK TRASH COLLECTION: Most bulk items such as couches, chairs and house hold items can be picked up at NO ADDITIONAL FEE on any scheduled pick-up day. Scheduling is not required. All “White Goods” such as washers, dryers, stoves, and any other appliances will also be picked up at NO ADDITIONAL FEE, but please call ahead when these items are on curbside, as they are not transported by the regular trash trucks.  A separate truck will be sent to pick-up these items.

Combustible  or toxic  materials (motor oil/paint/gas) WILL NOT BE PICKED-UP

No Tires, Rocks, Concrete,  or any construction debris WILL NOT BE PICKED-UP

ARC Application

Looking to make ANY exterior change(s) or even if it's for a simple refresh look of your property? You must Submit an ARC application to the HOA prior to commencing work for approval.

Online Accounting

Homeowners are able to register for their account and view their accounting history online, pay their dues online, and other features which are to be rolled out in the future. Online Accounting System

Trash pick up

1) Patriot Disposal Company - Trash Pickup Days will be Tuesdays & Fridays (Tuesday is recycle day)at this time "Yard Waste" will be picked up as trash. As of Oct 1, 2021 Yard waste will need to be seperated from trash, placed in compostable paper yard waste bags or a seperate personal contaner labled "Yard Waste". For More Information go to www.pwcgov.org/trashandrecycling Trash pickup will be postponed by one day if a holiday falls on a Tuesday or a Friday.
